A new app that will make PR pros work easier

Published

One of the most important tasks of any PR pro is drawing up and sending out press releases to journalists. So far, the Polish market has lacked a tool that would facilitate this process and make it both-ends-friendly. The architects behind the recently launched Prowly.com app have decided to fill the void. The start-up is a part of the portfolio of the IQ Partners S.A. fund.

Prowly.com is a tech start-up facilitating public relations management. The app is aimed at PR agency officers, internal corporate PR departments, as well as freelance PR specialists. Its main goal is to optimise the process of creation and distribution of press materials.
Currently, Prowly.com is comprised of three modules. The first one assists in media contact management. All Prowly.com registered users gain free of charge access to the list of the most important media in Poland, which can serve as a base to develop custom-made lists. The second module is landing pages, that is a completely new way to present press releases to journalists using nifty, responsive websites, also available from mobile devices. The final element of the app are email blasts and their stats, which render making effective follow-ups significantly easier.
Prowly.com should come especially handy for PR teams - every user can invite his coworkers to use his account. For the first 14 days, the app can be used for free. After the trial is over, the user can opt for one of the three subscription plans, adjusted to the size of the team using the app.
